Description

If you've been saying you'll start going to the gym for approximately six months only to give up after the first week, this one's for you. Turns out the hardest part of working out is actually doing it more than once.

So we made you a sticker chart to make showing up a little more rewarding. For inconsistent gym-goers, chronic Monday starters and anyone who needs the promise of a gold star to get them through the gym doors.


This refill pack comes with two fresh charts and enough stickers to do it all again.

  
How It Works

⓵ Set your workout goal
Decide how many workouts you'd like to complete each week. Make it realistic :)

⓶ Find your why
Write down why you want to do this and choose a silly little reward for completing your chart.

⓷ Collect your stars
Add a gold star for every workout completed and a silver star for your planned rest days.

⓸ Keep it going
Celebrate your progress with your completion sticker and reward, then start your second chart!

We want you to love what you order so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Dispatch times fall between 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
I'm outside the UK, will there be customs fees?

Although we ship worldwide, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival — these are set by your country and are outside of our control.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We're unable to cover or reimburse these costs.

If you're outside the UK and want to avoid customs fees altogether, our print at home digital versions are available as an alternative :)
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are hand-printed and packaged locally in London.
What if my order is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please get in touch straight away at lucy@nobsguides.co.uk. We’ll take a look at what happened and make it right if there’s an issue on our end!
I bought a digital download

Can't get one of our physical charts shipped to you? Now you don't have to :) Print it, stick it, scribble on it, and celebrate your progress one star at a time.


Includes:

  • Digital download (PDF) — no physical item will be sent
  • Designed for A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

Print at home or take it to a local print shop. We recommend printing on a decent paper stock for best results! It won't have the Riso texture of our physical charts, but it'll still look great on your wall.

Please note: this is a digital file only. Your download link will be emailed to you after purchase. Digital products are non-refundable.

    The quality of these charts are insane - from the material, to what comes with it (stickers, personalised note, little chocolate!), to the actual content, there is a lot of care that's been put into these and I'm so excited to fill these up and get more. Thank you so much! ✨

    Love these!

    On my second workout chart now, so cute and the little messages around the edge are a great reminder to not take things so seriously. Awesome product and my second order even had a handwritten note and a chocolate coin which was so sweet of the seller. Can't wait to see more versions/colour schemes of these charts in the future hopefully.
