Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you order so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues

We take great care with every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please get in touch straight away at lucy@nobsguides.co.uk. We’ll take a look at what happened and make it right if there’s an issue on our end.
