What is the return policy?
We want you to love what you order so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order, with a dispatch time of 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and further information.
All UK order are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and for everywhere else, Royal Mail International Tracked. Exact delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are hand-printed and packaged locally in London.
What if my order is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please get in touch straight away at lucy@nobsguides.co.uk. We’ll take a look at what happened and make it right if there’s an issue on our end!
