Description

As if going through a breakup wasn't gross enough, your brain has now decided it needs regular updates on who they're following on Insta, their latest Strava PB and the name of their new Spotify playlist.

So we made you a sticker chart to make the whole no-contact thing a little easier. For anyone trying to stop checking up on their ex, resist the urge to reach out and give themselves some space to heal. One day (and one gold star) at a time.

How It Works

⑴ Set your goal
Decide what no contact looks like for you using our checkboxes, from no texting to no checking socials.

⑵ Find your why
Write down why you're doing this and choose a silly little reward for completing your chart.

⑶ Collect your stars
Add a gold star for every day you stick to no contact and a silver star for any days you slip up. No starting over!

⑷ Reward yourself
After 6 weeks, look back at your progress, add your celebration sticker and enjoy your well-earned reward.

Questions

What is the return policy?

We want you to love what you order so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If you’re unsure about something before ordering, just drop us a message at lucy@nobsguides.co.uk. We are always happy to answer questions, share more details, or help you feel confident about your chart choice before you buy!
When will I get my order?

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Dispatch times fall between 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
I'm outside the UK, will there be customs fees?

Although we ship worldwide, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes on arrival — these are set by your country and are outside of our control.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We're unable to cover or reimburse these costs.

If you're outside the UK and want to avoid customs fees altogether, our print at home digital versions are available as an alternative :)

I bought a digital download

Can't get one of our physical charts shipped to you? Now you don't have to :) Print it, stick it, scribble on it, and celebrate your progress one star at a time.

Includes:

  • Digital download (PDF) — no physical item will be sent
  • Designed for A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

Print at home or take it to a local print shop. We recommend printing on a decent paper stock for best results! It won't have the Riso texture of our physical charts, but it'll still look great on your wall.

Please note: this is a digital file only. Your download link will be emailed to you after purchase. Digital products are non-refundable.
