Description

Having approximately 17 things you'd like to improve about your life is one thing. Actually trying to do any of them is another. Especially when your current system involves a collection of post-it notes, three abandoned notebooks and a reminder you keep snoozing.

So we made you a sticker chart to make the whole habit-building thing a little more rewarding. Track up to 5 daily habits over 75 days, collect your stars and see what happens when you give the little things a bit more attention. For Type Bs, ADHD brains and anyone who could do with a little less chaos and a few more gold stars.

How It Works

⓵ Pick your habits
Choose up to 5 daily habits you'd like to work on over the next 75 days. Keep it realistic and make it work for you.

⓶ Set your goals
Write down your 'why', decide what you'd like to achieve and choose a silly little reward for completing your chart.

⓷ Collect your stars
Add a gold star for every habit completed and a silver star for anything you miss. No starting over, just keep going.

⓸ Reward yourself
After 75 days, count your stars, look back at your progress and celebrate with your completion sticker and well-earned reward.

I bought a digital download

Can't get one of our physical charts shipped to you? Now you don't have to :) Print it, stick it, scribble on it, and celebrate your progress one star at a time.

Includes:

  • Digital download (PDF) — no physical item will be sent
  • Designed for A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

Print at home or take it to a local print shop. We recommend printing on a decent paper stock for best results! It won't have the Riso texture of our physical charts, but it'll still look great on your wall.

Please note: this is a digital file only. Your download link will be emailed to you after purchase. Digital products are non-refundable.

    Super cute and helpful!

It's doing a good job of keeping me motivated so far. It's designed really well to give you weekly check-ins so the 75 days feel a bit more manageable. Comes with plenty of stars, a big sticker for the end and came cutely packaged with a nice note and a chocolate coin!
