Description

If you've been saying you're going to quit smoking or vaping for approximately 6 months, only to find yourself buying another pack or vape a week later, this one's for you. Turns out deciding to quit and actually quitting are two very different things.

So we made you a sticker chart to make sticking with it a little more rewarding. For the chronic Monday quitters, the people who've tried before and anyone who's fed up with spending money on a habit they're trying to get rid of.

How It Works

⓵ Pick your focus
Choose what you're quitting. Cigarettes, vapes, herb or another habit you'd like to leave behind.

⓶ Find your why
Write down why you're quitting, how much you usually spend each week and a silly little reward for completing your chart.

⓷ Collect your stars
Add a gold star for every smoke-free day and a silver star for days you slip up. No starting over, just keep going.

⓸ Reward yourself
After 6 weeks, see how much money you've saved and celebrate your progress with your celebration sticker and reward.

I bought a digital download

Can't get one of our physical charts shipped to you? Now you don't have to :) Print it, stick it, scribble on it, and celebrate your progress one star at a time.

Includes:

  • Digital download (PDF) — no physical item will be sent
  • Designed for A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

Print at home or take it to a local print shop. We recommend printing on a decent paper stock for best results! It won't have the Riso texture of our physical charts, but it'll still look great on your wall.

Please note: this is a digital file only. Your download link will be emailed to you after purchase. Digital products are non-refundable.
