    Set your intentions.

    Fill in your name, age*, start date, and goal. Write down your ‘why’—a personal reminder of your motivation. Plan a celebration for when you finish week 6.

    *It wouldn’t be a Star Chart without an age section, sorry.

    Track your progress.

    Give yourself a shiny sticker when you do ‘the thing’. Tick off each week as you complete it.

    Once you’ve completed all 6 weeks, action your celebration plan and give yourself the silly little celebration sticker!
